High pressure / Vacuum work
We have several mobile units to deal with problems requiring vacuum operations by bulk truck and high-pressure vacuum/combination operations up to 1,000 bar. Our people are equipped and trained to recover granulates, powders and liquids after any kind of incident.
Our main focus after an emergency call is:
• Be on location in a minimum of time
• Operate according to the customers’ safety, environmental & quality procedures
• Think with the customer to reduce any possible cost
• Try to recover a maximum of non-contaminated products
• Offer or suggest alternative means for rehandling of the recovered product
Vacuum/silo container units
These container units can be linked to the vacuum units to allow quick evacuation of large quantities of powder or granulate. By connecting a new container as soon as the first one is full, the vacuum operation can continue non-stop and at the same time the transport of the first container can start. Our container tilting chassis allows immediate decanting on arrival at the new destination.
Liquid combi unit
This liquid combi unit can be used for high pressure cleaning up to 1,000 bar, while at the same time evacuating all used cleaning water with the contaminant into the liquid vacuum tank with a capacity of 18 m³. The high pressure cleaning unit permits double use pistol cleaning and can be equipped with other additional tools. The unit can also handle emergency evacuation of any type of dangerous liquids that can be stored in a stainless steel tank. For evacuation of dry powders the unit can be used as a dust/water filter in combination with one of our bulk vacuum trucks.
Vacuum trucks
Our vacuum trucks are designed for emptying containers, boxes, silo trucks, silos, etc. The filtering system guarantees quick, dust-free operation. The vacuum trucks are able to work in combination with our liquid vacuum trucks and vacuum containers.
Tilt chassis
Our tilting chassis can be used to transport 2x20ft or 1x40ft and can decant 40ft containers or boxes.
